1. 本题总分为25分，按5个档次给分。 【各档次的给分范围和要求】

第五档(很好)；(21-25分)

1. 完全完成了试题规定的任务。  2. 覆盖所有内容要点。
3. 应用了较多的语法结构和词汇。
4. 语法结构或词汇方面有些许错误，但为尽力使用较复杂结构或较高级词汇所致；具备较强的语言运用能力。
5. 有效地使用了语句间的连接成分，使全文结构紧凑。 6. 完全达到了预期的写作目的。
 第四档(好)：(16-20分)

1. 完全完成了试题规定的任务。 2. 虽漏掉1、2个次重点，但覆盖所有主要内容。
3. 应用的语法结构和词汇能满足任务的要求。
4. 语法结构或词汇方面应用基本准确，些许错误主要是因尝试较复杂语法结构或词汇所致。
5. 应用简单的语句间的连接成分，使全文结构紧凑。 6. 达到了预期的写作目的。

第三档(适当)：(11-15分)

1. 基本完成了试题规定的任务。 2. 虽漏掉一些内容，但覆盖所有主要内容。
3. 应用的语法结构和词汇能满足任务的要求。4. 有一些语法结构或词汇方面的错误，但不影响理解。5. 应用简单的语句间的连接成分，使全文内容连贯。 6. 整体而言，基本达到了预期的写作目的。
 第二档(较差)：(6-10分)

1. 未恰当完成试题规定的任务。 2. 漏掉或未描述清楚一些主要内容，写了一些无关内容。
3. 语法结构单调、词汇项目有限。4. 有一些语法结构或词汇方面的错误，影响了对写作内容的理解。5. 较少使用语句间的连接成分，内容缺少连贯性。 6. 信息未能清楚地传达给读者。

第一档(差)：(1-5分)

1. 未完成试题规定的任务。2. 明显遗漏主要内容，写了一些无关内容，原因可能是未理解试题要求。3. 语法结构单调、词汇项目有限。 4. 较多语法结构或词汇方面的错误，影响对写作内容的理解。
5. 缺乏语句间的连接成分，内容不连贯。 6. 信息未能传达给读者。

不得分：（0分） 未能传达给读者仟何信息：内容太少，无法评判；写的内容均与所要求内容无关或所写内容无法看清

2. 评分时，先根据文章的内容和语言初步确定其所属档次，然后以该档次的要求来衡量，确定或调整档次，最后给分。

3. 词数少于 80和多于120的，从总分中减去2分。

4. 评分时，应注意的主要内容为：内容要点、应用词汇和语法结构的数量和准确性、上下文的连贯性及语言的得体性。

5. 拼写与标点符号是语言准确性的一个方面，评分时，应视其对交际的影响程度予以考虑。英、美拼写汉词汇用法均可接受。

6. 如书写较差，以至影响交际，将分数降低一个档次。 7. 内容要点可用不同方式表达，对紧扣主题的适当发挥不予扣分。

1随着因特网的发展，网吧在人们生活中扮演了重要的角色。越来越多的人，特别是学生，愿意到网吧去，他们沉迷于在网吧玩电子游戏、结交坏朋友以及和荚眉聊天。一些学生常常在网吧玩到深夜，这些会导致学生的健康和学习问题。现在北京市已关闭了一些网吧，但是，一些学生乘车到郊区的网吧去玩。
    庆幸的是，越来越多的家长和学校已经意识到这点。最近，辽宁省锦州市六千多名学生保证远离网吧。学生摆脱掉这种坏习惯是非常必要的。

 Recently, more and more students would like to go to net bars, especially students. It has become quite commom to go there. They waste too much precious time on playing video games in the net bar. As a result, not only does it do harm to their health but also produces a bad effect on their studies. Their health becomes worse and worse and their studies are neglected. Now a lot of net bars have been shut down in Beijing. But some students go to the net bars at suburbs to play.
      Fortunately,  more and more parents and schools have realized it. Recently, more than six thousand students ensured that they would be far away from net bars in Jinzhou city, Liaoning Province. Most students are making full use of their time and devoting themselves to their studies. It is a good thing.

2. 张东是我最好的朋友。他是上学期来我们班的，他是个男孩。我们两个人都擅长英语，因此我们经常在课余时间用英语聊天。放学后，我们经常在操场上踢足球。他跑得特别快，我追不上他。他是个优秀的学生，他不但各科功课好而且很友善、谦虚。他喜欢流行音乐，也喜欢古典音乐。

Zhang Dong is my best friend. He entered our class last semester. He is a boy. Both of us are good at English, so we often have a chat in English in our spare time. After school, we often play football together on the playground. He runs so fast that I can not catch up with him. He is an excellent student. He not only gets good marks in all subjects but also is very kind and modest. He loves popular songs and also classical music.
     There are three people in his family and he is the only child. His father is a doctor and his mother is a Beijing Opera actress. Though Zhang Dong's family is wealthy, he is usually simply dressed. He has a dream which is to be a lawyer.

3.我们的学校，武汉和平中学，位于武汉市的中央。学校刚刚建立，规模适当。校园长2百米，宽1百米，四面环绕着树木。当你进入前门时，一个具有各种自然风景的巨大花园在欢迎你。左边是图书馆，馆内藏书10万多册。右边为实验楼。校园的正中央是长150米的教学楼。该楼共四层，两头为教师办公室。站在教学楼楼顶，你能看到楼前有一个花园，楼后右侧是一个大操场，课后同学们经常在这做运动。左边是可容纳500人的食堂。这就是我们的学校，一座美丽的学校。

      Our school, Wuhan Heping Middle School, is in the center of Wuhan city. The school yard is two hundred meters long,  one hundred meters wide, and is surrounded by trees. It is 20, 000 square meters in area.
     When you walk into the school yard, you will see a wide road in front of you. On your left, you will see the school library in which there are more than 100, 000 books. On your right is the experiment building, Walk ahead,and you will see a beautiful garden in front of you. When you go through it,there stands the teaching building: It has four floors with the teachers' of offices at either end of each floor. Behind it, there stands the dining-room on the left side. To the right lies the playground where the students often play football. This is our school, a beautiful one.

Which is more important, wealth or health? Different people have different opinions.Some people prefer wealth, holding that money can not bring everything, but without it, one can do nothing. In order to accumulate more money they can do anything. However, other people regard health as more important. Once health is lost, it is no use having a lot of money.

As far as I am concerned, I love wealth, but I value health more. Everybody wants to live a happy life. So they try their best to earn money which they can ensure they lead a comfortable life, but if happiness and comfort are achieved at the cost of their health, how can they be happy? Without health money becomes meaningless.
    In my opinion, no one agrees that a wealthy person without good health can be happy. So, just do our best and keep fit.

5. 今年八月，我参加了在山东省烟台市举行的英语夏令营活动。来自全国各地一百多名中学生和三十多名英语教育专家参加了这次活动。每个营员都必须用英语彼此交流，我们所有的人都很高兴、激动。另外，夏令营也举办了许多活动，例如第二后全国中学生辩论会和第三后中学生英语讲演比赛。我们还参观了许多名胜。但是最令我们难忘的是英语晚会，一些同学唱英文歌曲，另外一些人跳舞。我们都学到了不少知识，包括怎样学习英语、与他人交流和帮助他

This August, I took part in an English summer camp which was held in the city of Yantai, Shandong Province. More than one hundred middle school students from all over the country and over thirty experts in English teaching took part in the camp, too. Every member should communicate with each other in English. All of us were very happy and excited in the camp. In addition,  many activities were held in the camp such as, the Second Annual National Debate for Middle School Students and the Third National English Speech Competition for Middle School Students. We visited many places of interest. But what impressed us most was the English party. Some were singing in English and others were dancing. We learnt a great deal, including how to study English, communicate with each other and help other people. I want to take part in it next year.

6. 12月25日的圣诞节是西方国家最重要的节日。我和妈妈在美国的时候，曾应妈妈的一位朋友邀请，去一个美国家庭过圣诞节。在去他家的途中，我们为美国朋友买了一些礼物。

Christmas is the most important festival in the western world. It falls on December 25th. When my mother and I stayed in America, we were invited by one of my mother's friends to have Christmas with an American family. We bought some presents for our American friends on our way to their house.
     They had prepared different kinds of gifts for their family and guests when we got to their house, such as Christmas candles, cakes, cards, little toys, biscuits and so on. A Christmas tree was placed in the comer of the brilliant hall. How beautiful it was! We were impressed by these. We had a big meal.  After dinner, they told us some interesting stories about Christmas. We learned that Christmas had something to do with God. We went to bed at midnight. Though we knew the Santa Claus was not true, we were still waiting for the Santa Claus with white beard to bring us presents.And we received many beautiful presents the next morning.
     This Christmas was really unforgettable. Not only did I have a good time, but also I knew something about foreign culture.

8. A New Kind of Medicine
Wuhan No.3 Medical Plant has invented a new kind of medicine.It is very good for heart trouble (disease). It should be taken three times a clay and two pills once. It can also be taken one or two more pills if needed. This kind of medicine can be used for a long time.It's dangerous for children and the pregnant. They mustn't take this medicine. If you are not feeling well after taking the medicine, you should stop taking it. This medicine should be kept in a cool and dry place. It's better to follow the doctor's advice before taking it.

最近我们班就北京动物园是否应迁出市区展开了热烈的讨论。一部分同学同意迁出，他们说大量的游客来此参观将造成交通阻塞；他们还说，动物园一旦迁出，动物们在郊区将会有更广阔的活动空间和更好的生活条件。
然而，一部分同学反对迁出。他们说，北京动物园自1906年建立以来已有100年的历史，在国内外享有盛誉，不应当迁出。而且，迁出会造成一些动物的死亡。

Dear editor,
Recently, our class have had a heated discussion about whether the Beijing Zoo should be moved out of the city. Some of my classmates are in favour of the move. They say large crowds of tourists to the zoo will result in traffic jams. They also say that once moved ,animals will have more space and better living conditions in the suburbs.
However, other students are against the idea, saying that the Beijing Zoo, built in 1906, has a history of 100 years, and is well-known at home and abroad. So it should remain where it is.
What's more, moving may cause the death of some animals.
To move or not, this is a big decision which has to be made by people in Beijing.

Li Hua is a primary school student and he enjoys drawing very much.One day, he went to the small woods not far from town to draw from nature, carrying a drawing board. Ownership of Houses in a Big City in China

    As can be seen from the chart, ownership of houses in a big city in China changed in the past ten years. In 1995, 75 percent of the houses were state-owned. Five years later, the rate of state-owned houses to private ones was 3 to 2. But from then on, the ownership of houses changed rapidly and so far 80 percent of houses have been private.

    What caused the changes? There might have been two main reasons. First, from 1995 up to now, the people's living standards have been improving. Most of them can afford to buy the houses. Second, most people do not save a lot of money in the bank for their children as their ideas of parents did in the past. They want to have their own home and enjoy life.

Such changes have had a great effect on the development of society. It does good to both the citizens and the government.

The boy and the girl in the picture sat on a bench talking merrily while eating a water-melon. When they went away they left the melon’s skin on the bench, making it very dirty.
