1. Kwanzaa is a 7—day festival celebrating the culture and history of African Americans. 宽札节是一个纪念非裔美国人文化和历史的为期七天的节日。

（1）a 7—day festival意为“一个为期七天的节日”，7—day作形容词。“基数词+连字符+表时间的名词”结构构成形容词作定语时，其名词一般用单数形式。如：

a five—minute break一次五分钟的中间休息

a three—hour exam一次三小时的考试

如不用连字符，名词则常用复数。如：

a ten minutes drive一段十分钟的汽车路程

a four weeks training四周的训练

也可用名词所有格。如：

two hours’ delay两小时的延误
